EAST HARTFORD, CT — A fire at a multi-family home Friday afternoon on Burnside Avenue led to the town discovering code violations, according to The Journal-Inquirer. Fourteen people were displaced not because of the fire, but due repairs that need to be done for the building to be in compliance.
