Curry College, Milton MA
- Curry College is proud to announce that Briana Dawkins of East Hartford has been inducted into Lambda Alpha, the Curry chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honors Society. Briana was one of 25 students inducted during a ceremony on the Curry College campus on Sunday, May 20. In order to qualify for Lambda Alpha at Curry College, students must have a minimum 3.2 GPA in the Criminal Justice major and must maintain an overall GPA of at least 3.2.
Emmanuel College, Boston MA

- Tyler Kiely of East Hartford was recently named to the Emmanuel College Dean's List for the spring 2018 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.
Lasell College, Newton MA
- Lasell College held its 164th commencement on May 12, granting 398 Baccalaureate degrees and 125 Master's degrees, before an audience packed with family, friends, and members of the Lasell community on Taylor Field. Among the graduates was Korinne Julie Fruster of East Hartford.
Nichols College, Dudley MA

- At their May 5, 2018, graduation from Nichols College, 499 students in the Class of 2018 received degrees. Louis D. Lawson III of Bloomfield graduated with a BSBA, and Adrianna Marie Soldevila Vazquez of Hartford graduated with MBA and MSOL degrees.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA
- Two East Hartford residents were among 1,474 students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) named to the university's Dean's List for academic excellence for the spring 2018 semester. They are Thomas Leonard, a member of the class of 2018 majoring in actuarial mathematics, and Katherine Pelissari, a member of the class of 2018 majoring in environmental and sustainability studies.
