Capital Prep Continues to Gather Votes In Girls Basketball Poll
The Trailblazers have reached the three-quarter mark of a brutal schedule with a 10-5 record.

HARTFORD, CT — Heading into the home stretch of the regular season, the Capital Prep girls basketball team continues to accumulate a considerable number of votes in the most recent poll of coaches and media members.
The Trailblazers (10-5) went 2-1 last week, including a 43-31 win over Ridgefield in a rare in-state game. Capital Prep will host Achievement First Thursday before traveling to Boston Cathedral (MA) on Saturday.
Mercy (17-0) again edged New London (17-0) for the top spot in this week's poll.
