A new restaurant will open its doors this weekend.

HARTFORD, CT — A new court-themed restaurant will be opening in Hartford called the Guilty Kitchen and Lounge. Destanie Chappell, a self-taught chef, decided to open the restaurant after a successful run of serving meals from her home kitchen, according to NBC CT.

The menu will consist of soul food favorites in a sit-down style restaurant. Chappell, a Hartford native, says this is something that's difficult to find in Hartford.
