Crash Causes Rush Hour Woes In Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — A single-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 eastbound in Hartford is causing some headaches for Friday-afternoon, rush-hour commuters.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the crash happened between exits 48 and 49, resulting in the center lane being closed.

The accident was reported at about 4:33 p.m. and it is "unknown" when it will be cleared up, according to the DOT.
