Crash Quickly Cleared On Hartford Highway: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 briefly caused some traffic headaches for motorists Tuesday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a two-car accident on I-84 East between exits 44 and 46, resulting in the closure of the left-hand lane.

The accident was first reported at 2:40 p.m., and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
