Crash Quickly Cleared In Hartford: Update

HARTFORD, CT — A single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Hartford caused motorists some Friday morning traffic woes, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it was quickly cleared.

The DOT reports the accident happened on I-84 east between exits 48 and 49, resulting in the center lane being closed.

The accident was first reported at 10:24 a.m. and, according to the DOT, it was already cleared by 10:41 a.m.
