Rush Hour Crash In Hartford Cleared: Update

HARTFORD, CT — A crash on Interstate 84 in Hartford made it slow-going for rush hour motorists Friday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the single-vehicle wreck was on I-84 westbound between exits 50 and 48.

As a result, the right lane was closed so crews could tend to the scene.

The accident was reported at 6:47 a.m. and it was reported "cleared" by the DOT at 7:24 a.m.
