Crash Cleared On I-91 In Hartford: Update

HARTFORD, CT — Traffic was slowed on Interstate 91 Friday morning after a single-vehicle accident Friday morning, but it has since been cleared, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The single-vehicle accident was on I-91 south between exits 31 and 30, closing the right lane, according to the DOT.

The DOT reports traffic was backed up nearly 3 miles.

It happened at about 7:12 a.m., but the DOT reported it was cleared by 7:54 a.m.
