Crash Quickly Cleared In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — Monday morning's commute became a bit manic in Hartford following a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 84, but it was cleared quickly.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the single-vehicle accident was on I-84 east between exits 44 and 46.

As a result, the right shoulderwas closed, the DOT said.

The accident was first reported at 8:40 a.m. and it was taken off the DOT accident report just after 9:05 a.m.
