Crash Cleared On Hartford Highway: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — While the rain and wind are dying down, the mayhem on area highways hasn't quite yet, with traffic on Interstate 91 in Hartford snarled after a two-vehicle crash that has, since, been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the accident was on I-91 South between exits 29A and 27.

As a result, the right and center lanes of the highway were closed, according to the DOT.

The DOT reported the crash at 3:11 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT incident report list.
