Crash Cleared On Hartford Highway: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A serious, two-vehicle crash on a Hartford highway tied up traffic at about mid-day Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on Interstate 91 South between exits 29 and 29a, resulting in the right and center lanes being closed.

The crash was first reported at 11:53 a.m. and by shortly before 1 p.m., it was no longer listed on the DOT's incident report list.
