Update: Crash Cleared On I-91 In Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — A two-vehicle accident on Interstate 91 in Hartford caused some traffic headaches for Wednesday afternoon motorists, but it has now been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the crash happened on I-91 north between exits 28 and 29, resulting in the left and center lanes being closed.

The accident was reported at 2:52 p.m. and the DOT reported via Twitter that it was cleared at 3:40 p.m.
