CT Breast Health Initiative “RACE IN THE PARK” Rescheduled

As the COVID-19 outbreak has no definitive end at this point, the Board of Directors has unanimously decided to follow CDC directives and reschedule this year’s RACE IN THE PARK to May 8, 2021. It was a hard decision to make, but it is unmistakably the right decision.

As much as we want to continue to carry out our mission to raise funds for leading-edge breast cancer research in Connecticut, it would be irresponsible to put our survivors, participants, volunteers, and sponsors at risk.

CT BHI still needs your support, especially now, to accelerate important breast cancer research in Connecticut. We cannot allow innovative research to go unfunded – Connecticut could break through with one of the answers to breast cancer.

We are eternally grateful to each of our extraordinary volunteers, participants, supporters, survivors and sponsors, for unrelenting passion and commitment. We look forward to keeping in touch through the year, and seeing you at Walnut Hill Park in New Britain on May 8, 2021.
