Decomposing Body Found In Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — City police are investigating the discovery of a decomposing, dead body of a man on Martin Street Wednesday afternoon, reports television media outlets.

WVIT Channel 30 reports Hartford police say the death is suspicious and there are clear signs of assault on the remains.

According to WTNH Channel 8, the body was not discovered for two days and was found by a caretaker of the home.
