Denise Richards Shooting Movie In Cromwell
Denise Richards and Patrick Muldoon were filming "The Junkyard Dogs" over the weekend.
CROMWELL, CT — Denise Richards and Patrick Muldoon were filming "The Junkyard Dogs" on Saturday, according to FOX 61. Scenes were shot at Holy Apostles Seminary on Prospect Hill Road.
The film follows a dog named Houdini who teams up with other neighborhood dogs to take on a duo of bumbling thieves.
Richards, who starred in movies like "The World Is Not Enough," "Wild Things," and "Starship Troopers," plays Monica Sullivan, a single mom of two who discovers that "both her children and her precocious pup are devising a plan to stop the thieves before their neighborhood falls under siege," according to Deadline.

The film will also shoot in Portland, CT as well. Producer David Gere said he was proud to be able to bring a Hollywood production "not only to Connecticut but to my hometown" of Cromwell, according to FOX 61.
This isn't Richards' first time in Cromwell either. Richards and Muldoon were spotted at a Walmart in 2018 when his luggage got lost at an airport.

The two were in Connecticut to film "My Adventures With Santa," which was produced by Gere and filmed in Cromwell, Middletown and Meriden.
