Developer Plans To Add 1,000 Apartments To Downtown Hartford
Half of the apartments in a 270-unit building will be available in late spring, according to a report.
HARTFORD, CT — About half of a new 270-unit apartment building will be available beginning May 1, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The North Crossing project near Dunkin' Donuts Park is part of developer Randy Salvatore's ambitious plans to add about 1,000 apartments to downtown Hartford.
The plans have run into supply-chain woes, but North Crossing will welcome its first tenants as construction continues in other parts of the 300,000-square-foot-building.
