Downtown Hartford Cafe, Bar Has Closed: Report
A cafe and bar space has shuttered its doors.
HARTFORD, CT — Spectra Wired Cafe, housed at 5 Constitution Plaza since 2017, has shut down, The Hartford Business Journal reported. Bar5, which was part of Spectra Wired, is also closed for good.
The business left a sign saying that "an exciting new brand" will take the 5,400-square-foot space. Spectra Wired had opened in the space following a $26 million conversion of the former hotel, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
