Elderly East Hartford Man Is Missing
Irwin Alleyne is described a a Black male with brown eyes and bald who stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 145 pounds and has dementia.

EAST HARTFORD, CT — An 86-year-old man has turned up missing and East Hartford police are looking for him, according to a Silver Alert Sunday.
Local police said Irwin Alleyne is described a a Black male with brown eyes and bald who stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, according to a Silver Alert issued at 5:49 p.m. Sunday.
Police said Alleyne, who also has a small beard, was last seen at his residence on Racebrook Drive at about noon on Sunday.

He was last seen wearing 3/4 jeans and a white jersey with a red neck and sleeves, police said.
Police said he is believed to be operating a 2012 Toyota gray RAV4 color gray with a license plate number of CT 544LDK.

"Irwin suffers from advanced dementia and is likely lost and or confused," East Hartford police said in a statement issued Sunday evening.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the East Hartford Police Department at 860-528-4401 if they see Alleyne or his vehicle.
