Emergency Maintenance On Hartford Highway Finished: Update

HARTFORD, CT — Delays were experienced on Interstate 91 in Hartford Tuesday morning as emergency road work had caused some traffic issues, according to the state, but that work is now complete.

The state Department of Transportation reported slow traffic on I-91 north between exits 29 and 29a, with the center lane closed starting at about 7:10 a.m.

According to the latest DOT update, the work was expected to take no longer than three hours to complete, but by 7:41 a.m., it was complete.
