Fine Fettle Signs Project Labor Agreement for Cultivation Facility

Bloomfield, CT, Apr. 25, 2024 -- Fine Fettle recently signed a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the Building and Construction Trade Unions in Connecticut that brings the start of construction on its Bloomfield cannabis cultivation facility one step closer. This is the first PLA in Connecticut. It begins a partnership between Fine Fettle and the Connecticut building trade unions. “This collaboration ensures that our construction project will not only meet the highest standards of excellence but will also prioritize the employment of local tradespeople and adherence to fair labor practices,” said Kennard Ray, CEO of FFD 149, a Disproportionate Impact Area Cultivator.

The partnership between Fine Fettle and the Connecticut building trade unions exemplifies a shared commitment to fostering economic growth and community development in accordance with the goals of the Responsible and Equitable Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis Act (RERACA).
