HARTFORD, CT — The Hallmark Channel is back to film a production in Connecticut and has put out a casting call for extras, according to The Hartford Courant. The movie will be shot from Sept. 7 to 24.
The film is titled "Christmas in Harlem" but will mostly be shot in Hartford on Capitol Avenue. A casting director said they're especially looking for people of color but that "all are welcome."
Twenty to twenty-five extras who are hired will be selected to work multiple days. The production will include extras in a pickup basketball game, nurses, a yoga class, and more, The Hartford Courant reported.
