Hartford-Based Athletes Succeed in Class S Track and Field Championships

NEW BRITAIN, CT — In the Class S track and field championships at Willow Brook Park in New Britain, Derby won the boys team competition with 85.5 points, with Sacred Heart second and a tie for third between Immaculate and Coventry. Bloomfield breezed to the team title for the girls with 163 points, far outdistancing runnerup Immaculate's 62.
