HARTFORD, CT — A Newington resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 21, Esmeralda Medina, of Newington, purchased a $250,000 Cashword 6 Edition ticket at the Mobil in Hartford and won $25,000.
