“Although the Arroyo testing center will be closing due to the federal rescinding of the national public health emergency, we are working to make sure that Hartford residents have access to testing through other means,” said Jessica Fourquet, Hartford's interim director of health and human services.

In anticipation of this closure, the city will be receiving an additional supply of at-home COVID tests, which will be available to residents at city recreation centers, senior centers, the city’s Health & Human Services office (131 Coventry St.) and at Hartford Public Library branches.

Residents can call 2-1-1 for access to additional COVID-19 resources and information.
