Hartford Double Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 1 In Critical Condition

HARTFORD, CT— A woman is dead and another is in critical condition following a shooting at a Hartford apartment early Monday morning, according to NBC CT. Police responded to the call at 2:30 a.m. and found two women in their twenties inside an Evergreen Avenue apartment.

The women appear to have been sleeping when they were shot multiple times. One of the women who was shot called 911 and was transported to the hospital. The other victim was pronounced dead.

Police are investigating the homicide as a possible domestic incident, NBC CT reported.
