Hartford HealthCare Experts Host Full-Day Symposium on Mental Health
Hartford HealthCare hosts an all day symposium to discuss mental health.

The Purple Light Project is a special in-person symposium for emergency department
professionals to discuss ways to enhance patient experiences in emergency
psychiatry.
The Purple Light Project also aims to raise awareness and provide essential support for
mental health patients within Hartford HealthCare’s Behavioral Health Network.
Mental health is often stigmatized or overlooked, and this initiative seeks to
illuminate those issues, ensuring that individuals know help is always
available from Hartford HealthCare’s behavioral health team.
