Hartford Male, 16, Reported Missing Thursday Night

HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for a 16-year-old Hartford male reported missing Thursday night.

According to a Silver Alert issued at 10:47 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Javier Cochran, 16, who is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said he stands 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

There is no clothing information for Cochran.
