Hartford Man, 22, Killed In Drive-By As Toddler Son Watched: Reports
The shooting was Monday afternoon near Dunkin' Park in Hartford.
HARTFORD, CT — A 22-year-old man is dead and his 2-year-old son narrowly escaped death after a drive-by shooting late Monday afternoon in Hartford.
According to WFSB Channel 3, the incident happened on Pleasant Street near Dunkin' Park, home of the Hartford Yard Goats AA baseball team.
The victim has been identified as Hartford resident Dayvon Comeaux, WFSB reported. His 2-year-old son was taken to the hospital, but he was not hit, according to WFSB.

WVIT Channel 30 reports the vehicle the victim was in was stopped at a stoplight and another vehicle pulled up with a gunman opening fire.
The Hartford Police Department is actively seeking a suspect and anyone with information can call the HPD at 860-722-8477.
