Hartford Man Charged With DUI After October Rollover Crash
The charge stems from an October crash where police said the vehicle rolled over in South Windsor.
HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford man was arrested Wednesday on a warrant connected to a rollover crash in South Windsor that police say involved suspected drunken driving.
Praxedes Hernandez, 53, of Hartford, was taken into custody March 4 at about 6:59 a.m. after turning himself in at the South Windsor Police Department.
The charge stems from an October 2025 motor vehicle accident in which Hernandez was operating a vehicle that rolled over near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Evergreen Way. During the investigation, police believed Hernandez was under the influence of alcohol and later obtained an arrest warrant.
