Hartford Man Guilty Of Murder: Authorities
The 28-year-old was found guilty for a 2020 killing in Hartford.
HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford man has been found guilty recently in the 2020 murder of another Hartford man.
Hartford State's Attorney Sharmese L. Walcott, said Friday a Superior Court jury found Yamil Rohena, 28, of Hartford, guilty of murder.
She said the conviction stems from the Jan. 4, 2020, fatal shooting of Kwadir Paris, 27, in Hartford.

Testimony presented at trial showed the victim was shot six times by the defendant in front of a home on Martin Street, Walcott said.
Evidence at trial included footage from the City of Hartford and private residence video surveillance cameras that captured the moments of the shooting.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 15 in Hartford Superior Court.
