HARTFORD, CT — Hartford police are looking for a 12-year-old boy identified as an "endangered runaway," according to a Silver Alert issued Sunday.

According to the alert, which went out at 11:10 a.m., police are looking for Zaikel Curtis, 12, who is described as being a Black male with black hair and brown eyes.

He is listed at 5-feet-5-inches tall, with no weight estimate.

Police said Curtis, who went missing Sunday, was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and "Champion" slippers.
