Hartford Obituary: Dorothy Patterson, 67

Dorothy J. Patterson, 67, of Cromwell and formerly of Hartford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

She was born to Willie and Mary (Ward) Patterson. Dorothy graduated from Weaver High School class of 1968, UConn class of 1973 and also graduated from George Washington University in 1975 with her Juris Doctorate. She worked in the Washington area for many years before returning back to Connecticut.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving mother Mary L. Williams of Wethersfield; one brother Willie Patterson Jr. of Wethersfield, and two sisters; Jeanne Gunn of Quincey, FL and May Smith of Manchester, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be private.
