Hartford Obituary: Patricia Anderson, 81

Patricia J. Anderson, 81, of Enfield, beloved wife of John E. Anderson for 56 years, entered into eternal peace, Thursday April 27, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford

Born September 23, 1935 in Hartford, Pat was the daughter of the late Myles and Violet (Molumphy) O'Reilly. She grew up in Hartford and Bolton, and lived in the Enfield community for 54 years where she and John raised their family. She was employed at Stop & Shop for 20 years before retiring. She belonged to Fenton Finders of New England and enjoyed antiquing.

Besides her husband John, Pat is survived by three children, Linda Hutkin and her husband Jerry of Woodbury, NJ, John E. Anderson, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of Mantua, NJ, and Eric Anderson of Ellington; three sisters, Violet Winkler and her husband Tommy of LA, Kathleen LaPlante and her husband Guy of Norfolk, NY, and Betty Winther of Coventry; two brothers, Myles O'Reilly Jr. and his wife Barbara of Manchester, Jackie O'Reilly and his wife Ina of Sarasota, FL; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by a son, H. James (Jim) Anderson.

Services are private and will be held at the family's convenience.
