HARTFORD, CT — Police said they will conduct an operating under the influence (OUI) enforcement checkpoint Thursday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 212 Capen St., according to a statement.
The checkpoint is part of the department's ongoing OUI enforcement program, supervised by the department's Traffic Division and funded through a grant from the state Department of Transportation's OUI Enforcement program.
