Hartford Police Log: June 16, 2022

HARTFORD, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for June 16, 2022, as provided by the Hartford Police Department.

June 16

• Delfone Harvey, 44, of Standish Street, Hartford, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, illegal alteration of firearms IDs, illegal possession of narcotics and criminal possession of firearms/defensive weapons. He was arrested at 6:20 a.m.

• Amanda Dorman, 34, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. Dorman was arrested at 9:42 a.m.
• Anthony Mennillo, 33, of Bilton Road, Somers, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested at 12:42 p.m.

• Jeffrey Williams, 39, of Stone Street, Hartford, was charged with making an improper turn, operation of a motor vehicle with suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal possessin of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without permit and interfering with a police officer. He was arrested at 1:27 p.m.

•Danyale R. Ellis, 34, of Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged with two counts of interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, third-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree failure to appear in court. He was arrested at 3:22 p.m.

• Gregory Tavarez, 25, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. He was arrested at 5 p.m.

• Nevelle Williams, 55, of Sisson Avenue, Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was arrested at 6:32 p.m.

•Lamont Davis, 41, of Meriline Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second -degree breach of peace. He was arrested at 5:16 p.m.

• Miquel Ortiz, 53, of Hamilton Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested at 6:33 p.m.

• Dennis Rosario, 33, of Laurel Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without proper insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was arrested at 6:58 p.m.

• Carmelo Pacheco, 61, of Wainwright Drive, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker plates, failure to renew registration and operating under the influence of alcohol and drugs. He was arrested at 6:25 p.m.

• Bradford D. Olen, 57, last known address of Barbour Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. He was arrested at 2:32 p.m.

• Tiffany Menendez, 33, of Van Block Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and prostitution by a person age 16 or over. She was arrested at 11:04 p.m.
