Hartford Police Seek Missing 13-Year-Old Boy

HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for a 13-year-old Hartford boy described as an "endangered runaway" after a Silver Alert was issued late Sunday night.

According to the alert, sent out at 11:46 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Kamar Elmore, 13, who is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said he stands 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, a red hooded sweatshirt and red sneakers, according to the alert.
