Hartford Police Seek Missing 16-year-old Girl

Hartford police are looking for Wheeler Rayana, 16, of Hartford, who is described as a Black female with brown hair and brown eyes.

HARTFORD, CT — City police Friday morning are looking for a 16-year-old girl, classified as a "missing child," reported missing on Thursday.

According to a Silver Alert issued Friday at 6:41 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Wheeler Rayana, 16, of Hartford, who is described as a Black female with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said she stands 5-feet-6-inches tall and weights 150 pounds.

There was no photograph or clothing information available, but police said she has tattoos of butterflies on her right side and a tattoo of "Nova" on her right abdomen and hip.

Anyone with information on Rayana's whereabouts is asked to call the Hartford Police Department at 860-757-4000.
