Hartford Resident Wins $15k Lottery Prize

HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 26, Darryl Randolph, of Hartford, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Liquor Outlet in Hartford and won $15,000.
