HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 2, Lulzim Bruka, of Hartford, purchased a 20X CASH 5TH EDITION ticket from the OG Brand Smoke And Vape store in Hartford and won $20,000.
