Hartford Road Work To Cause Interstate Traffic Headaches

HARTFORD, CT — Road construction on Interstate 91 in Hartford Thursday is expected to cause some traffic headaches for motorists for much of the day.

According to the state Department of Transportation, road work on I-91 southbound between exits 33 and 28 will impact a 3.9 mile stretch of highway until 3:47 p.m. Thursday.

The project is expected to result in the closure of the left and center lanes, creating some traffic issues, according to the DOT.
