Hartford Scholastic Teams Set to Begin Fall Sports Schedules

HARTFORD, CT — Preseason practices and scrimmages are about to wrap up at Hartford's three public high schools, as the 2016 fall regular season is about to commence.

Here is the schedule of varsity games involving Hartford Public, Bulkeley and Weaver teams this week:

Friday, Sept. 9

• boys soccer - Bulkeley at Northwest Catholic, 3:45 p.m.
• boys soccer - Hartford Public at East Hartford, 3:45 p.m.
• girls soccer - Northwest Catholic at Bulkeley-Weaver, 3:45 p.m.
• girls soccer - East Hartford at Hartford Public, 3:45 p.m.
• girls volleyball - Bulkeley at Windsor, 5 p.m.
• girls volleyball - Hartford Public at Enfield, 6 p.m.
• football - Bulkeley-Weaver at Hall, 7 p.m.
• football - Newington at Hartford Public, 7 p.m.
