Hartford Seeks Missing 15-year-old Girl

A Silver Alert was issued by Hartford police at nearly 4 a.m. Tuesday.

HARTFORD, CT — Local police are looking for a 15-year-old, female "endangered runaway" after she went missing early Tuesday morning, according to a Silver Alert issued the same day.

Hartford police said they are looking for Ciara Ali-Feliciano, 15, of Hartford who is described as a white Hispanic female standing 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighing 125 pounds.

According to the alert, issued at 3:57 a.m. Tuesday, Ali-Feliciano was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, green pajama pants with white and red stripes, no shoes and having a blue Nike bookbag.
