Hartford Teen Injured In Shooting

The 15-year-old boy's injuries are not life-threatening, according to multiple reports.

HARTFORD, CT — Another day, another incident of gun violence, this time injuring a 15-year-old boy early Thursday morning, according to multiple news reports.

WTNH Channel 8 reports the incident happened just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday on Pershing Street.

According to WFSB Channel 3, the teen's injuries are not expected to be life-threatening and he was taken to a local hospital.

This latest shooting comes as the city has dealt with several incidents in recent weeks, including some fatal ones.
