Hartford's PZC OKs Synagogue Transformation
The planning and zoning commission this week has approved permits for a former synagogue site downtown to become an events venue.
HARTFORD, CT — City leaders have said "yes" to plans to convert an old synagogue into what could be an entertainment and events venue.
The Hartford Business Journal is reporting the Hartford Planning and Zoning Commission easily OK'd the downtown project Tuesday.
Hartford lawyer Jose L. Del Castillo plans to "open a drinking and entertainment assembly place, including an outdoor cafe with a bar," at 215 Pearl St., the Journal is reporting.
