Hartford's Top Educator Stepping Down

Beth Schiavino-Narvaez was hired two years ago.

HARTFORD, CT — Superintendent of Schools Dr. Beth Schiavino-Narvaez is leaving her position just two years after being hired, Fox61 has reported.

She is taking a job heading up instructional leadership development for schools operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, according to the story.

The first day of school in Hartford was August 30.
