Crash On Hartford Offramp Cleared: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A highway offramp is closed in Hartford following a serious crash Thursday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has reopened.

The DOT reports the crash being off Interstate 91 south's Exit 27 offramp, with the offramp shut down as responders tend to the scene.

The accident was reported at 3:42 p.m. and it is no longer on the DOT's incident list.
