Highway On-Ramp Reopens After Hartford Crash: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — A key highway on-ramp was closed following a single-vehicle crash in Hartford Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has since reopened.

The DOT reports that Interstate 84 East's on-ramp at Exit 46 was closed because of the accident.

The incident was first reported at 3:59 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
