I-84 Accident Now Cleared In East Hartford: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — A two-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 in East Hartford Tuesday afternoon caused traffic headaches for motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 West between exits 55 and 54, resulting in the closure of the two left lanes.

It was first reported at 2:18 p.m. and the accident is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
