Indoor Mask Mandate In Hartford Lifted

The city has lifted the mandate, which has been in effect since August.

HARTFORD, CT — The city's indoor mask mandate, which was enacted in August due to the Delta variant, has been lifted, according to The Hartford Business Journal. Mayor Luke Bronin said that lower COVID-19 infections and test positivity rates meant the city could drop the mask requirement.

However, he recommended that residents continue to exercise caution and wear a mask voluntarily.
